Quick Setup Guide

1. Find Your Fit

For peak accuracy, wear ONYX on your index finger. Middle and ring fingers are also suitable. Ensure the base of your finger is not significantly narrower than the knuckle.

2. Measure Before You Buy

Use a thin string or paper strip to measure your finger's circumference snugly. Note: Wide measuring tools may result in an oversized fit.

3. Activation

• Charge: Remove any protective film from the charging port and place the ring in the case. (Charge the case and ring together for the first use).

• Sync: When the heart rate sensor lights up, open the QRing App to connect and begin tracking.
